Home Study Courses
Home study, or self-directed learning, offers the opportunity to earn continuing education credit without leaving the comfort of your home or office. The Institute's home study courses are designed by our renowned workshop faculty and meet all the standards and guidelines of our accrediting organizations. However, not all boards accept home study credit. Please contact your licensing board to determine its acceptance of home study credit before completing a course.

Target Audience and Course Level
Except as otherwise noted in the course description, these educational activities are intended for the use of professionals and advanced students, and is not appropriate for general audiences. It is an advanced clinical training presented at a post-graduate level. Target audience includes social workers, psychologists, physicians, counselors, physicians and other healthcare professionals, as well as advanced students in these professions, professionals who work in related fields, and others with a serious interest in the course topic. The goal of these educational activities is to enhance the knowledge and/or competence of attendees, as well as increase the quality of patient care.
